Ana Perez

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer for Radancy, Ana is responsible for enabling business growth by increasing brand awareness, generating net-new pipeline and supporting retention and growth of existing customers.

With 20+ years of experience in technology and services, Ana has a passion for developing a deep understanding of customer needs and bringing solutions to market that maximize customer value. Prior to joining Radancy, Ana was Chief Marketing Officer of Benefitfocus, where she was responsible for product marketing, brand, corporate communications, demand generation and sales enablement. She previously served as Vice President of Product Marketing and Sales Enablement at League, a leading cloud-based enterprise health operating system. She’s also held marketing leadership positions at Aon, GE HealthCare and AIM Specialty Health.

Ana earned her MBA in Marketing, Management and Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from Boston University.
