Arnim Wahls is the Chief Commercial Officer for international markets, including Europe, the United Kingdom, Israel, Singapore and India. In this role, he focuses on expanding Radancy’s global footprint, strengthening customer partnerships and driving sustainable growth across all regions.
Arnim brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management. He joined Radancy through the acquisition of Firstbird, which he co-founded. Arnim has an extensive understanding of the recruiting industry firsthand and excels at anticipating challenges and developing solutions. He is also experienced in leading SaaS companies and guiding organizations through transformation.
Arnim previously served as Executive Vice President, EU and Executive Vice President of Customer Success at Radancy. He is committed to driving global growth through both organic expansion and new business, while delivering meaningful impact to customers across all markets. Arnim’s priorities include achieving high customer satisfaction and advancing Radancy’s global success.
