She partners with customers to align hiring strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable talent outcomes.
Sarah brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships and talent acquisition technology. Prior to joining Radancy, she led Business Development and Partnerships at Brazen, helping drive strategic growth and expand key partnerships.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked with executive leadership teams across a broad range of industries to solve complex hiring challenges, evaluate emerging technologies and improve business processes. She is passionate about helping organizations increase efficiency, enhance candidate experiences and maximize the value of their talent acquisition investments.
Sarah holds degrees in International Studies, International Politics and Spanish from The Pennsylvania State University.
