Mike Littlewood is an experienced commercial leader with more than 29 years in the talent acquisition technology industry. As Chief Commercial Officer at Radancy, Mike is focused on helping the world’s leading employers build smarter, more efficient hiring strategies through the AI-powered Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud.
Mike brings a customer-first mindset to every aspect of the business. He works closely with customers to understand their evolving workforce challenges and partners with them to deliver solutions that improve hiring outcomes, drive efficiency and create measurable business impact.
Throughout his career, Mike has held a variety of senior leadership roles including Chief Revenue Officer, EVP of Global Sales, SVP of North American Sales and Vice President/General Manager. In these roles, he has helped scale global commercial organizations while strengthening long-term relationships with Fortune 500 employers and strategic partners.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Mike helps drive Radancy’s global commercial strategy, including customer success, sales and go-to-market execution. He works closely with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure Radancy continues to deliver innovative solutions that help organizations attract, engage and hire the talent they need to succeed.
