Arnim Wahls is Executive Vice President EU and co-founder of Firstbird, which was acquired by Radancy in 2022. With more than 15 years of experience in human resources and talent management, Arnim knows the challenges of the recruiting industry firsthand and is always one step ahead when it comes to finding solutions.
Arnim is dedicated to the future of talent acquisition and helping companies take their recruiting to the next level with our recruiting platform. He leads a team of over 50 employees in Vienna. Together they work on leading-edge technology for employee referrals and are responsible for the successful implementation at numerous companies.
Arnim holds a master’s degree from the Austrian Marketing University of Applied Sciences, where he wrote his master’s thesis “New strategies for Talent Acquisition in the year 2020 – The RET Model” in 2011.
