As Director of Delivery Operations, Anuj heads Radancy’s Global Delivery Centre in Bangalore, overseeing delivery across practice areas. He works closely with his team to build a delivery culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.
Anuj brings more than 27 years of experience across technical support, customer support, customer success, project management and delivery operations. He has built his career on establishing and scaling teams in complex environments, from frontline
support units to large multi-functional delivery organizations.
He believes that when people have clarity on what is expected and the support to get there, good work takes care of itself.
