Elan Masliyah serves as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Radancy, where he leads the company’s Solution Engineering organization. In this role, he partners with many of the world’s leading employers to navigate the intersection of talent acquisition, technology and business transformation. Known for his consultative and innovative approach, Elan helps organizations solve complex workforce challenges by aligning recruiting strategies, data and technology to drive measurable business outcomes.
With more than 15 years of experience in HR technology, talent acquisition and enterprise SaaS, Elan has worked with global organizations across multiple industries. He and his team advise executive leaders on some of the most pressing issues shaping the future of work, including the impact of artificial intelligence on recruiting.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area – one of the world’s leading centers for technology innovation – Elan brings a unique perspective shaped by proximity to the companies and ideas driving the next generation of AI and digital transformation. He regularly works with talent acquisition leaders, CHROs and business executives to understand how emerging technologies can be applied responsibly to help organizations adapt to a rapidly changing talent landscape. His passion lies in translating innovation into practical business value, enabling employers to attract, engage and hire the talent needed to achieve their strategic goals.
Elan holds a master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and is a lifetime member of the NAACP.
