As Chief Technology Officer, Erik Wagner leads our global engineering organization of more than 250 team members and drives Radancy’s technology strategy across AI, scalable SaaS operations, M&A integration and customer impact.
Erik’s career began in the startup world. After joining his first IT company in Germany, he established a new organization in the United States, building it from the ground up while taking on engineering, sales engineering, marketing and business development responsibilities.
He later joined Comscore to deepen his expertise in big data and went on to co-found Perengo, a company in the programmatic recruitment space. Following Perengo’s acquisition by TMP Worldwide, now known as Radancy, Erik joined the company’s leadership team.
Originally from Germany and now a US resident of more than 20 years, Erik is a graduate of the University of Computer Science in Kaiserslautern.
