As Executive Vice President, Todd Maycunich oversees Enterprise Customer Success for Radancy across North America. He leads the teams that help organizations maximize the value of the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud. Todd also works closely with executive leaders to connect talent acquisition performance with broader business outcomes.
A 20-year veteran of the company, Todd has spent much of his career in product and innovation. He co-founded and led Radancy Labs, our design-thinking innovation practice, for a decade, helping define emerging technology trends and advance analytics capabilities. His previous roles include Vice President, Product Innovation; Vice President, Media & Analytics; and Director of Platform Development. Across each role, Todd has helped guide Radancy’s evolution and growth.
Based in the Chicago area, Todd continues to help shape how emerging technologies create value for Radancy and its customers.
