As Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, Jesse Hernandez
leads global information technology, information security, risk, compliance and
operational privacy functions. He brings these areas together under an integrated
operating model that supports Radancy’s global business, customer trust and enterprise
growth.
With more than a decade at Radancy, Jesse has advanced through project, program,
security, compliance and executive technology leadership roles. During his tenure, he
built and matured core enterprise capabilities across security, compliance, privacy
operations, vendor management, third-party risk and IT operations, including Radancy’s
first formal global security and compliance function.
Jesse has led major initiatives spanning SOC 2, HITRUST, ISO 27001/27018, GDPR,
incident response, acquisition integration and global IT operations. His work focuses on
building practical, scalable operating models that strengthen governance, improve
resilience, support customer assurance and help the business move with greater
confidence.
