Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Administrative Officer, Emerson oversees Radancy’s global legal and human resources functions, guiding key areas such as mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management. Emerson manages Radancy’s internal AI implementation and utilization and also partners closely with Radancy’s Board of Directors and Executive Leadership team to advance global legal and HR strategies.
Emerson brings more than 25 years of strategic business leadership to the organization. Nearly fourteen of those years were with Radancy as EVP, General Counsel and Head of HR. Emerson led our legal and HR operations, strengthened regulatory and compliance standards and played a critical role in the company’s global acquisition strategy. He also previously served as Chief People Officer of the Brooklyn Nets, and General Counsel of Jazz at Lincoln Center.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Emerson holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the New York Law School in New York City, where he serves on the Board of Trustees.
