Yvain Granier is the Vice President, Enterprise Solutions at Radancy. In this role, he focuses on driving business growth in France and Southern Europe by addressing companies’ challenges through the combined power of Radancy’s solutions.

He joined Radancy in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction across France. Leveraging his dual background in strategic consulting and technology, he delivers tangible, measurable value for enterprise organizations. His results-oriented mindset and ability to understand each organization’s unique challenges enable him to craft tailored solutions that support their recruitment objectives while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Before joining Radancy, he held senior roles across both corporate and agency environments, where he developed deep expertise in designing and optimizing digital experiences for major French and international organizations.
