After earning a degree in business and information technology, Gareth Edwards started his career in advertising as a pan-European media planner, moving into talent marketing in the late ‘90s, and has held a variety of senior roles in the industry. He has worked with a wide range of clients in sectors including retail, banking, professional services and central government to help them develop and execute their talent marketing strategies – with an emphasis on enabling clients to tell their stories better and create deeper connections with candidates through effective digital marketing.
