API Use Policy: Job Feeds<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Radancy\u2019s unified platform has been built to make it possible for our developers to create seamless delivery of job data from Client\u2019s Applicant Tracking System (\u201cATS<\/b>\u201d) to Client\u2019s Career Site via the ATS\u2019s own application programming interfaces (\u201cAPI\u2019s<\/b>\u201d). This procedure creates a dependable method for Radancy to ensure that Client\u2019s Career Site collects Client\u2019s open job data in a timely and accurate manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Radancy has adopted the following \u201cAPI Use Policy<\/b>,\u201d which governs Radancy\u2019s access to and use of API\u2019s, as well as the data retrieved thereby.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

API Access Authorization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Client shall provide Radancy specific access credentials, such as an authorized username and password, to enable Radancy to access Client\u2019s ATS. Client\u2019s provision of such credentials constitutes a representation of Client that Radancy\u2019s access does not violate Client\u2019s agreement with its ATS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Radancy will provide Client with documentation that provides instructions on what is required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
    \n

    Use of APIs\/Excluded Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Radancy shall use software it has developed to automate its access to Client\u2019s ATS to periodically call for delivery or download of requested job information. Such software is proprietary to Radancy. If provided to Client for installation on Client\u2019s system, such software shall be deemed licensed for the term of Client\u2019s Unifed Platform Subscription Agreement or other applicable agreement and shall be deleted or destroyed upon termination thereof.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. While Radancy\u2019s goal is to collect job data that will be integrated into Client\u2019s Career Site, there may be instances when the APIs from Client\u2019s ATS provider will permit more access than is necessary to complete this task. Radancy shall not access non-job feed areas of the API service, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and\/or Candidate level data, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing between Client and Radancy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
      \n

      Integration Security & Monitoring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Radancy assumes Client\u2019s technology environment is properly configured and secured. This includes Client\u2019s ATS, as well as its operating system, software and databases, as applicable. Failure of Client or its agents, including its ATS provider, to properly configure and secure its technology environment may result in errors, delays or disclosure of data for which Radancy may not be held responsible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
        \n

        Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Radancy will support the API integration and may make modifications as necessary to ensure proper functioning of the integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Radancy may need, from time to time, to make adjustments and\/or modifications to the integration due to ATS system changes or other specific requests received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. All inquiries shall be directed to productsupport@radancy.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
