Radancy is looking for a VP of Product Management to lead it’s Programmatic and Data products. Here, you’ll work closely with the Head of Product to establish the product vision and strategy for the next generation of Talent Acquisition products. 

Responsibilities

 Personality:

Role: 

  • Identify Opportunities: Actively identify unique opportunities to grow our product suite. Keep a well documented portfolio of opportunities and continuously groom them by aligning their project growth with that of existing in progress opportunities. Identify the tradeoffs and effectively prioritize opportunities. 
  • Product Strategy: Drive product strategy and own the product roadmap by working closely with the Head of Product to align high level product direction with the high level business direction 
  • Product Culture:  Institute product culture - be an advocate for the role of Product in an organization, and closely collaborate cross functionally across account management, customer success, operations, and product marketing 
  • Partnerships: Be involved in our partnership strategy; grow our publisher base and lead a partner focused roadmap. 
  • Engagement: Get your hands dirty - we're a small team and we have a lot of work ahead of us so you’ll need to be excited to roll up your sleeves and help the team in any way you can. 
  • Lead the Product Team: In this position, mentor and lead a group of great Technical Product Managers to help them be successful within their core strategic areas. Help define and align their focus areas to achieve the most business value. 
  • Contribute to Product Leadership: As a member of the Product Leadership team, align your products’ direction with the broader product vision 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical (or related) field plus 5+ years of Technical Product experience 
  • 1+ years of mentoring and leading Technical Product Managers 
  • Experience developing software SaaS products and technologies 
  • A track record of successful product launches, and demonstrated ability to own the entire product lifecycle from initial idea and market exploration, through support and global rollout; an ability and excitement around showcasing this 
  • Must have exceptional soft skills, including the ability to articulate to both technical and business audiences as well as to both individual contributors and senior leadership 
  • Expert ability in hunting product opportunities, requirements gathering, data analysis, process analysis, and change management 
  • Ability to prove value of media campaigns to customers through data 
  • Naturally curious and inquisitive nature, and unrelenting desire to learn and master industry knowledge or product management skills 
  • Experience working with technologies and concepts such as attribution modeling, supply side integrations, DSPs, cloud stacks on AWS and GCP, Tableau  
  • Deep expertise in working on AdTech or MarTech related products, and the data associated to these types of products 
  • A demonstrable ability to take a product from 0 (identifying product market fit) to 1 (scaling a product globally) is a huge plus
