Director, Learning and Development, Radancy People Team
What is your current role & responsibilities and what does your team/department do?
I work with our teams to create and implement ways to invest in our people. I focus on the areas related to onboarding, professional development/upskilling, and employee growth. The Radancy People Team is comprised of our Global HR, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition teams. Our focus is to help our prospective and current workforce to connect and feel included within the culture that is Radancy.

Advice you would give to new employees?
Familiarize yourself with the bigger picture within your role and within your team. Recognize your personal contribution to the organization and seek out additional ways to expand. Have a grasp of not only what you contribute but what others do and, while cliché, there’s no “I” in “team.” #PeopleTeam #ConnectedIntelligence

Wellness and self-care is an incredibly important area of my life, and I am certified with the RYT-200 Yoga credential.
