Laurence Capone
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Laurence Capone leads Radancy’s global finance organization, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting and the continued evolution of finance operations. She partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to help shape the company’s long-term growth strategy and financial direction.
Laurence has extensive global finance experience across technology and SaaS organizations in both private equity-backed and public environments. Most recently, she served as CFO of Pipedrive, where she played a key role in scaling the company and supporting its growth as a leading global CRM platform. Prior to that, she spent 22 years at ADP, where she held senior finance leadership roles.
Laurence began her career at Arthur Andersen in Paris and joined ADP through the acquisition of GSI before relocating to the United States. She is a graduate of ESLSCA Business School in Paris.
